Welcome to Griffin Technology Academies! 

These are the items you will need to complete the Registration process: 

Student Documents

• Birth Verification: Birth Certificate, passport, county record statement, hospital certificate, official baptismal certificate. 
• Immunization Records are required for the following: Polio, DTP, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Varicella (Chicken Pox) and Hepatitis B
• Copies of IEPs  or 504 plans if applicable

 

Guardian Documents:

• Photo ID: Drivers License, CA State ID, Passport or Military ID
• Address Verification Documents - Utility Bill, lease, or other documents with address.

 

Please allow for 20-30 minutes to complete the registration process. If you are unable to complete the registration process, your progress will be saved and you can return to complete the required forms.
